Password Reset via DMSS App
Step 1: Access Password Recovery
Enter your camera's IP address into a web browser. Look for the 'Forgot password?' option and click on it.
Step 2: Agree to Email Use
Agree to proceed with your email address by clicking 'OK'.
Step 3: QR Code Access
If you have set up a recovery email, you will be directed to a page displaying a QR code. If no recovery email is set, proceed to the physical reset method below.
