Today's security market demands high-quality cameras that achieve more than just 'satisfactory' picture performance in tough monitoring environments. To meet this need, Sony is proud to introduce the intelligent SSC-G818. 

A ½ inch CCD, works in conjunction with the built-in Digital Signal Processor (DSP) to deliver 540 TV lines of usable resolution, even in very poor lighting conditions. With a 12-bit colour dynamic range, the camera retains clarity even in high contrast environments, reproducing brightly coloured objects with increased depth. Dynamic Noise Reduction maximises visible detail and limits the appearance of motion blur. 

The SSC-G818 also comes equipped with an intelligent face detection function, flagging the appearance of faces in the image with the letters "FD" on the monitor.

Excellent Picture Quality with the 1/2 Inch Exwave HAD CCD
Highly sensitive sensor developed for both day and night-time use. Works in very low light conditions – even as low as 0.28 lx.

Precise Colour Reproduction
With a 12-bit colour dynamic range the camera reproduces images more precisely than conventional cameras. Users can choose the most suitable colour saturation level, according to the type of scene, the environment and the user's preference.

Superb 2D/3D Dynamic Noise Reduction (DNR)
DNR technology eliminates noise and motion blur to reproduce distinct and clear images. The technology utilises both an adaptive 2D filter and 3D filter according to the Automatic Gain Control (AGC) value to reduce noise.

Optical Day/Night function
Optimises sensitivity in day and night conditions. As night falls, an infra-red filter is automatically removed and the camera switches to monochrome. In this mode, the camera can acquire images in as little as 0.005 lx.

Intelligent Face Detection
These cameras come equipped with an intelligent face detection function. When the camera detects a face in the 'sensing area' the letters "FD" appear on the monitor.

Advanced Backlight Compensation
The SSC-G818 automatically compensates for difficult backlighting conditions and retrieves detail in the foreground that would otherwise be lost.

Auto Tracing White Balance Mode (ATW-PRO)
The ATW function automatically adjusts each camera's white balance to accommodate sudden changes in lighting conditions. The function has five modes: ATW, ATW-PRO, 5600K, 3200K and Manual. The ATW-PRO mode has the colour temperature reference, so the camera can avoid excessive white balance adjustment.

Remote control capability
The SSC-G818 can be remotely controlled using RS-485. It supports SSPP and PelcoD commands, to directly adjust camera parameters.

1.Please contact us by Email: tech@cctv-mall.com ; we will provide the warranty return address to you .

2. Send out your package through local post office and note "used and as gift to my friend" , do not return by DHL,UPS...as it will cost high customs and it may be in trouble with customs clearance.

( Please don't return the phones back by DHL/UPS /FEDEX/TNT.. Express service . Because of the China customs Strict with the package which shipped by Express , we can not reveive the package . Please send back by local Postal service or according to cctv-mall service team request . )

3. Marked your order No. on shipping document,as we have many different departments and have many packages everyday, Please remember write your order number,so I can know which package is from you.

4. Write down your return information and put it in the package. Including: Full name, detail address, post code, phone No..

5. Take some photos of delivery when you send it back to us. Please inform us and provide the tracking number if you have sent back to us.

Because Dahua can not accept change and cannel order, we also can not accept order including dahua product you buy from CCTV-mall cannel or change model.

Return Policy

Please inspect the pacakge in front of the courier

We have a QC team who tests your ordered products to make sure they are functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to you. In addition to the normal quality assurance checks, all the goods have passed in the factory line.

cctv-mall.com's Standard Return Policies are only applicable to the products purchased by you directly from cctv-mall.com. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The policy of Compensation First is available for all the problems.

Defective Item

* within 7 working days after you received the item

If your products purchased from cctv-mall. com turn out to be defective (physical damages and damages caused by incorrect usage excluded) within 7 working days(after you received the item), you may return them for replacement(the goods must be new,you need pay the feight cost from your address to cctv-mall) or full refund. ( the goods which send back for replacement must be new and with whole set . )

Remember to choose an inexpensive shipping method with available tracking number to return the product if possible;( Please don't return the phones back by DHL/UPS /FEDEX/TNT.. Express service . Because of the China customs Strict with the package which shipped by Express , we can not receive the package . Please send back by local Postal service or according to cctv-mall service team request . )if the shipping method with available tracking number is expensive, you may ship it back to cctv-mall with the non- tracking number shipping method or ship by your local post service . Please make sure to keep all the shipping receipt before your problem being solved.

* After 7 working days since you received the item

If the item becomes defective after 7 working days from shipment, customers will still be allowed to send the unit back to us. We will help forward the item to the manufacturer for repair. buyers cover the send back shipping cost and any cost incurred during the process of repair. If the item is un-repairable after being checked by manufacturer, cctv-mall will send it back to customer.cctv-mall will cover the shipping cost which send back to customers .

Customers do not cover any handling fee, only the shipping fee and the cost of repair (some accessories should be replaced during repair). According to the long term friendly relationship with manufacturer, we will request for a lower maintenance fee for our customers.

Unsatisfied Item

We don't accept without quality problems,refuse to refund.

Missing Item (Items missed completely or partially from an order)cctv-mall will ship the missing item to customer once we check it.

If the item is just out of stock, full refund of the item’s price will be issued.

Customer should contact cctv-mall Customer service within 15 days since shipment date when meet the problem.

Sweet reminder : remember to keep the package if “missing item” issue happens, because cctv-mall may need it to solve your problem. Any confirmation that cannot be fulfilled successfully due to customers’ responsibility, cctv-mall will refuse to solve this kind of problem.

DOA (Dead on Arrival or Damaged on Arrival) Products

You may return the item damaged on arrival (physical damage or scratch) or item dead on arrival within 7 days after delivery or 15 days after shipment if the delivery date is not traceable.

DOA products should meet the following standard:

* The accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included in the package are intact.
